Voice AI Communications

Hair Addict uses an AI-powered voice system to handle inbound calls, including appointment booking and general inquiries. When you call our business and interact with our voice AI system, you consent to the collection and processing of call content, including your name, phone number, and appointment details, solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request and providing follow-up communications.

SMS/MMS Communications

Hair Addict uses GoHighLevel to send SMS and/or MMS communications for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, customer service, and occasional promotional messages, but only with your prior express written consent.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any SMS message we send. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that confirmation. To opt back in, text "START."

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your text or data plan.

Our SMS messages will never contain:

Phishing attempts, smishing, or social engineering designed to manipulate you into sharing private information
Illegal content
SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco) that does not comply with federal and state law

Consent to Communications

When you opt in to receive SMS/MMS communications from Hair Addict, you expressly consent to receiving SMS and/or MMS messages for the purposes described above. Hair Addict does not charge fees for these messages; however, message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.

SMS Message Frequency

If you consent to SMS/MMS communications, you will receive no more than four (4) SMS/MMS messages per month for marketing purposes. Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry or service activity.
